Platinum Support – Fixed Monthly Fee
  • Unlimited access to the support helpdesk, offering telephone and instant remote support, 24x7x365 with a guaranteed 2 hour response time.
  • Same day 4 hour on site response time for issues that cannot be resolved remotely with no call out charges or time limits.
  • Proactive maintenance schedule to cover scheduled server / workstation software and hardware updates, health checks and user feedback.
  • Real time server and critical service monitoring (for up to 8 servers) to ensure any issues are discovered and resolved quickly with minimal downtime, if at all. Additional servers can be added at £8pm.
  • Access to our client extranet where you can log new support cases, view case histories, current charges, complete network diagrams and previous invoices.
  • Major infrastructure changes, project planning / implementation charges are included in the Platinum Support contract.
  • Server / Data backup, monitoring and disaster recovery planning are all included in the Platinum Support Contract
  • Free Network Diagram, Inventory and status report.

  • Same day 4 hour on site response time for issues that cannot be resolved remotely with no call out charges or time limits.

  • Real time server and critical service monitoring (for up to 5 servers) to ensure any issues are discovered and resolved quickly with minimal downtime, if at all. Additional servers can be added at £8pm.

  • Next business day on site response time for issues that cannot be resolved remotely with no call out charges or time limits.
  • Proactive maintenance schedule to cover scheduled server / workstation software and hardware updates, health checks and user feedback.
  • Real time server and critical service monitoring (for up to 2 servers) to ensure any issues are discovered and resolved quickly with minimal downtime, if at all. Additional servers can be added at £8pm.

Fixed Hourly Rate Billing
